They said when the elves arrived from the plane of fearie the time of dragons was to end or something like that. But any way I was wondering were can I get more info on the time of the dragons, and aslo ancient fearun. These sound very interesting. |

And I think there was some other weird reptillian race. It's detailed in the FRCS somewhere in the history section. It was meant to be a time of mystery and not adventuring, so I wouldn't expect any sourcebooks on it any time soon. Peace -Will http://www.angelfire.com/md2/willspalace |

Essentially it's a time when the dragons dominated the world of Toril, as has been mentioned previously. I don't think there's going to be much printed about it that hasn't been already, due to the fact that it would be an Arcane Age product almost out of necessity. It could be an interesting backdrop, however, for adventuring. I'm sure the magic would be different in that time, most likely castly more powerful and harder to wield. I would also think that the dragons that ruled the world would be unlike anything ever seen in the "modern" Realms. Perhaps the few Prismatic Dragons and Force Dragons that reach Great Wyrm status could be the last remnants of those ruling dragons? |
