Well, I finally got my copy of "The Orc King", sadly, it had to be one of the last copies. I noticed today that it has a small tear along the bottom of the dust jacket. Now, I know that it does not hamper the enjoyment of reading the actual novel, but does anyone know how I would go about getting a new, uncut jacket?

Take the whole book back to the shop, with your receipt, and ask for a replacement. If they've sold out, ask for a refund or credit note, or they may keep a replacement copy for you when it comes in if they're small and friendly.

-Technically, they shouldn't have sold you a damaged good. Most novels say somewhere that if they are defaced in any way (and, having a torn cover could qualify, if you stretch it), the store itself is not supposed to sell them.
