Depends who your characters are (personality, and alignment), But I think Sons of Gruumsh Was the better of the two.

-Twlight Tomb has Star Elves...Sons of Gruumsh has Orcs...Which do I dislike more?

Sons of Gruumsh makes for a good generalized adventure, that could be thrown in on the way between towns, or on route towards some greater orc threat.

Twilight Tomb, is more of an exotic adventure, that personally I wish would have been done as at least a mid teen level adventure, rather than something for 3rd level.

Ummmmm....Twilight Tomb doesn't even have any star elves in it despite it happening in their realm. It does have a star elf brain however.

Sons of Gruumsh is a much better adventure.

-How ironic. It takes place in the Sildeyuir, but it does not feature any Star Elves.

I had an absolute ball running Sons of Gruumsh.

Age of Worms FR campaign. Soldiers from Blackwall Keep had been captured by orcs and taken to the ruined stronghold of Xul Jarak. The PCs were allied with armsmen from Daggerford, Diamond Lake, and two other adventuring companies (Auric's Warband of Waterdeep and The King's Men out of Cormyr). The armsmen and other adventuring companies assailed the front gates, drawing out the orcs (many of whom were drunk) while the PCs, primarily a stealth group, snuck in through the broken wall and stole into the lower reaches. It was a fantastic room-to-room hack fest. :ayyyy!:

Thrull died an embarassing death, having been ganged up on by the half-orc chain fighter with improved trip and the party rogue. Trip -> prone -> rogue moves and sneaks. Thrull attempts to rise -> attack of opportunity -> trip -> prone -> sneak... Thrull failed three strength checks and was butchered by the rogue's kukris. :ahem: ;)
