In my opinion monks are one of the best classes, especially because of their ability to fight without weapons or armor. It seems that there are very few monk prestige classe and npcs in the realms. does anyone else feel the same way? are their any prestige classes that would be good for monks that u put in ur campaign?

Have you looked in the Sword and Fist book? Its a 3e publication that details the Monk and Fighter classes, including giving various PrC's for both. Some of the Monk PrCs included are the Drunken Master and the Ninja of the Crescent Moon.

I see. I can't think of any other PrC's, but if you're looking for a cool monk NPC, check here. (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=fr/fx20021106rp)

I haven't really looked into this, but I would start with the Monastic Orders in FR Campaign Setting (p 25 i do believe). And make some PrC from those.

Just an idea. :D

I was thinking about monk's Prc's and what they should have that would be realy cool would be a monk spell-caster. It could be a monk that has reached enlightment and get some spells like a ranger or something. I hope you can use this idea and it wont make your charecters to good. ;)
