Updates in Amn... [Archive] - Wizards Community

What happened with the secessionist cities to Tethyr?

Is it still the status quo on Maztica?

What about the Ogre Mages? The Sythillisian Empire?

I've been wondering if there is anything that points out what has happened...

10-20-05, 05:31 PM Last I read, the Ogre's and the Rundeen have secured Amn by land and sea and an equivalant army is required to oust them. Due to location and events in Faerun, that may never occur with the way things are going, Tethyr could can't spare the forces and with theWealdath as a natural buffer probably wouldnt even if they could, Calimshan is probably gloating. The North is so jacked up right now to help anyone outisde of their borders really. The Ogre army may be hear to stay for sometime.

10-20-05, 09:41 PM Although in our campaign we attacked the two ogre magi, until our mind flayer employer appeared, dominated Cyrvisnea and made her slay Sythillis. Now the mind flayer is taking over the Sythillisian empire, commanding all the orcs and other monsters with the enthralled Cyrvisnea.

So yeah, it's all going to hell.

Obviously this is not official. ;)

I wonder if we can turn FR into a MMORPG? :D

You might be onto something there Dargoth ;).

10-21-05, 10:25 AM Yeah I'm wanting to see a new Lands of Intrigue style setup... so much is going on in Amn, so many power groups involved heavily that it's almost unbearable to have to wait for each tiny glimpse of info.
