Cunning Linguist 01-03-04, 09:28 PM	If a Banite was cut with a Vile weapon by a Cyrican, could he be healed in a unhollowed area? Since this is hollow ground for his chosen god? I think it would be strange for a Banite to wonder of to some Tyr temple to get himself some healing..

According to the rules: No, the unhallowed area won't be enough. We use the house rule that hallowed/unhallowed areas are equal for this purpose. We also treat holy/unholy weapons as equal for penetrating DR (since IMO it should be the power of the deity hurting the outsider and only because Bane is LE his blackguards shouldn't be unable to hurt a pit fiend)
Xavim 01-10-04, 08:48 PM	I would say no, since it specifically requires consecrated ground. Evil turns in upon itself afterall. The Banite would have to go onto a Consecrated local and then use his own healing magic on the wound. The consecration weakens the evil in the vile wound allowing it to be healed.
