At the end of the book when the party reaches the center of the web they come across the temple, and then Vhaeraun started to attack it, was that the entrance to lolth's domain or lolth herself. I always understood that the demonweb pits were her domain. Are they or are they entrance? Also, if you Vhaeraun had caught her un-awares, could he have actually killed her? Is a god/goddess on his/her own plane of existance vulnerable?

I'm just starting on the books, so I'm a little confused.

Sorry people, but it was decided that the Novels Forum is now no more; also all discussion on the issue of closing the novels forums is now closed. Topics focused on the FR novels are no longer allowed.

For the rules about Forgotten Realms Novels please look at the Novels - Important Info - Read This!!!! (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=185204) thread.

If you have issues you would like to discuss concerning this decision about novels novels you can (a) email custserv@wizards.com or write a letter to the Wizards of the Coast Book Publishing Department, P.O. Box 707, Renton, WA 98057-0707

If you have issues about the novels themselves you can (a) write to these contacts or (b) log onto one of the numerous forums on the net devoted to the discussion of Wizards of the Coast's novels. Thank you.

If you want to know more please don't start a thread or post your question on the forums ... use the private message system or email and ask me.

Mark_S it would be fine for you to ask a general question about Lolth and where she lives. It would also be fine to ask a general question about one god killing another god.

What the rules say is that you can't ask a question that focuses on a novel or a series of novels. It is ok to give some information from a novel, so long as it is part of a ider discussion using all the avaialble information sources. It is a good idea to avoid using the name of a novel or series in your post, and make it clear that you are asking for information from all sources. It is also a very good idea not to use the name of a novel or series in the title of your thread.

I know this distinction is not that easy or clear cut for a lot of people. It was the only way the WizO team could follow the decision handed down to us and still allow posters to mention the incredibly useful information in the novels.
