To make it 3.5 compatable? I know Races of Faerun is 3.5 just wondering.

I was under the impression that UE was already 3.5 compliant.

Not entirely, at least with regards to the 3.5 changes to the Forgotten Realms in general. For one, I imagine the Durthans would need to be re-vamped to make them mirror the new Hathran class, specifically in terms of the fact that Hathrans are not longer multiclassed spellcasters.

Yeah Rich himself said that the Durathans had to change to comply with the new Hathran.

Mostly, im wondering what would happen to the Telflammer Shadowlord. Now that Haste has been nerfed, I have a player chomping to play that, and I wanted a little more than DM NO to justify the changes (or lack there of) that may or may not have bee swept up in the 3.5 conversions.

Hence the question, anyone know or heard of an errata for Unapproachable east?

I know the shadowwalker template that you have to have be be a shadowlord gets powerful at high levels. I am beginning to think it needs more of a ECL than it has.
