Besides working on a Drow Campaign, within a city of my own creation.

I have thought of a Idea that I placed on the Drawing board. Any hints or advice would be most welcome.

What it is about, a small Drow City that has been crushed from the enemies that have surrounded it. a Couple thousand survivors, mostly young Drow have survived, disenchanted and without a cause they turn their backs on the Drow Pantheon beleving them to be responsable for their downfall.

However as they wander the Underdark, ONE receives a Profetic Vision for Corellan Larethian (Or some other Seledrine Deity) and preaches to the others whom listen out of the pure fact they have no one else to turn too. This "Male" or "Female" proves to be a able leader and begins the migration to the surface and then to Either Evermeet or to Evereska (Or some other major Elven Kingdom).

At Corellan Larethian's desire they begin to turn back to the fold of the Elven society. Its sofar just rough Draft ONLY. Nothing big or for sure.

But in this the Characters MUST be all Good or NON Evil Alignment, as these drow have converted over. Their job is to aid the Disfranchised Drow of the Underdark to the surface without too much incident.

They act as scouts and diplomats to the surface for the Drow desireing to return to the fold of the Surface Elf Cousins.

An interesting idea...

Do you think Eliestree would let Corellan or the Seldarine claim these drow before she could? After all she's the self-proclaimed goddess of all good natured drow.
But it would be nice to see some drow worshipping the Seldarine.

The only reason Eilistraee is not a member of the Seldarine, is because she CHOSE Voluntary Exile in order to guide those of the Drow that were still good to the Light.
She was completely forgiven for her part in the betrayal of Lolth against Corellon to seize leadership of the Seldarine.
And with the Exception of Shevarash, the entirety of the Seldarine embraces Eilistraee with open arms.

Well in the new cosmology she really didn't exile herself...... Since she resides with the Seldarine now....

Yes and No.
She maintains a powerbase in Arvandor, but she is still not part of the Seldarine itself. Her F&P information is not retconned by the garbage cosmology in PGtF that we have to deal with now.

Except she exiled herself from Arvandor until 3e came about. :) That was what I meant.

So she's part of the Seldarine
Is this why some moon/sun elves choose to worship her?

No, she is not part of the Seldarine. I think she refuses to rejoin the Seldarine until the Drow are redeemed. But she is definately not part of the Seldarine, at least in anyway or form that can be acknowledged since the Betrayal of her mother against her father.

She maintains a powerbase (abode) in Arvandor (Home of the Seldarine) in addition to maintaining one in the Demonweb Pits (Home of the Drow Gods). Her powerbase in Arvandor is her primary "residence" so her followers when they die and get sorted end up there instead of at the Demonweb Pits, where Lolth might have some final vengeance on them.
