Westgate and its surroundings [Archive] - Wizards Community

I'm running a 2nd ed FR campaign situated in Cormyr. However, I have managed to get my players to the scum invested village (or so I've heard) of Westgate. Now I was wondering (after going through the 2nd ed booklist) is there any written material on Westgate? Can be both 2nd, 3rd or 3.5 ed.....just want to have some names/background to start with.

06-27-04, 03:33 PM Lords of Darkness is the big one I can think of that Kuje didn't mention - it's not so much specifically focused on Westgate, but it has an extensive writeup on the Nightmasks and a smaller one on the Fireknives, both of whom operate out of the city. It's also the only modern source focused on the city, so if your campaign's running in 1371 or later and you're trying to stick to canon, it's worth taking a look at.

The FRCS has a smaller writeup, but I'd assume you've already seen that - the only new thing it mentions is the Quivering Thumb arena.
