What date was Gatekeeper Crystal used on Hellgate Keep. [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-08-05, 04:40 PM Anyone know any novel that describes the events that take place and more importantly the date and possible time of day the artifact was used.
Who's artifact is it, created by?
My story revolves around that event so I'm trying to get as much canon info as possible if nayone knows.

12-08-05, 06:11 PM Volo's Guide to All Things Magical gives you all the details you need on the Gatekeeper's Crystal. Note also that Rich Baker had Sarya Dlardrageth use it in the first of his recent novel trilogy.

Oh, and Hellgate Keep was destroyed in 1369 DR, the Year of the Gauntlet. Supposedly by the Harpers, but actually one of the opening gambits in Khelben Arunsun's formation of the Moonstars.
