Power of Faerun (this might be just a mock title) written by Ed Greenwood and Eric Boyd comes out next year. The few hints we've gotten about it says that it'll be material on how to set up thieves guilds, temples, rulerships, etc, for PC's to get into or form.

Just to expand a little on what Kuje has already said...

Here's the details from the EN World catalogue -

"Power of Faerun
Ed Greenwood and Eric L. Boyd
A new guidebook for high-level play in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting.
Power of Faerun is a comprehensive guidebook to playing high-level heroes and running high-level campaigns in the Forgotten Realms. This supplement introduces new options to players and Dungeon Masters as well as guidelines for startig a temple, running a guild, leading an army, serving the crown, and participating in political intrigues.
160 page hardcover, $29.95"

It's due for release early next year. And Ed, via THO, also told me that there may be some updated info on some of the Border Kingdoms.
