| The Azure Flame11-03-05, 04:14 PM | If you could live any ware on Toril where would you live. I would live in Tantras. :ayyyy!: |
| PureMalice11-03-05, 04:46 PM | Hm. Let's see. Waterdeep would be exciting but kind of busy for me. Shadowdale is, well let's be honest, a little too "good" for my taste, although Storm would be a blast to hang out with. Zhentil Keep, ah! Now there is a place near to my "heart", but a little to Bane-y for my liking. Thay...hm there is a prospect. I think I'd like to live (I use the term loosely in this case) in Larloch's Crypt, actually. It'd be worth it to study under him. :dancin:   |
| ZolDarklock11-03-05, 04:52 PM | At the waterefall on the Shining River that is located to the south-sothwest of Dire Wood, east of Secomber... the old ancient elven ruins there would be a nice place to build your own private stronghold, high impassable mountain to the eastside, river/waterfall to the westside, high cliff on the south side, and the river/mountains protecting your northside, truly the best natural defensible spot to build a stronghold... bonus benefit, whoever controls this spot controls all the trade going north and south, between the high forest and the anauroch desert area... |
| Dynneroth11-03-05, 05:06 PM | Five miles south of Waterdeep in a villa on the coast with portals to Silverymoon, Shadowdale, Ten Towns, Suzail, Candlekeep, Caer Callidyrr, Elventree, and Phlan. |
| Thysl11-03-05, 05:30 PM | Waterdeep, all the way!! |
| Slime Lord11-03-05, 06:32 PM | Where ever one of the Sisters live, who ever it might be LOL. Sure, they might be like targets and everything all the time. But let's get real, don't YOU want the most powerful goddess watching over YOUR ass??? That's what I thought. Plus, I'm a Lawful Good Hafling Bard, or a Lawful Neutral Elf Bard. I think I prefer the Hafling, but you can't say I wouldn't be fun ;) |
| Oghmanyte11-03-05, 06:48 PM | I would like to live in Sembia, land of plutocrats. It would be just like America! |
| savant_warlord1311-03-05, 07:46 PM | I would live in the High Forest |
| Cainan11-03-05, 08:31 PM | Evermeet =). |
| dmchucky6911-03-05, 09:38 PM | In order of preference: 1 Silverymoon 2 Eveningstar 3 Shadowdale 4 Waterdeep 5 Bloodstone Pass |
| dragonheart11-03-05, 09:54 PM | well in my campaign the character that is me lives in (and rules) Teshendale. After that its a much more open ballpark. Anywhere in the dales, Coremyr, waterdeep, Silverymoon, or Tethyr would probably be good. then again I love deserts so Raurin, Caliomshan and Anauroch are posibilities too. SO much world to see - so little time to see it in (oops I'm DR0 :D and have SHandukul as a patron - I do have time to see it all :P ) |
| Zevox11-03-05, 10:02 PM | Cormyr, first and foremost (especially if I happened to be around before King Azoun Obarskyr IV's death), preferably somewhere on the coast, and definitely somewhere featuring a Temple of Tyr (and perhaps also temples or shrines for Istishia, Oghma, Deneir, and Torm). Candlekeep would be another nice option (can't argue with being surrounded by so many books I couldn't read them all in my lifetime if I tried :) ). The Dalelands and Waterdeep also sound like decent options, though Waterdeep sounds a bit busy for my liking. I also wouldn't mind being an Elf on Evermeet (though only there - I don't like woods very much [such as you'd find in Evereska & ect.], but an oceanside view is not something I'd ever complain about :) ) or a Dwarf in Mithril Hall or Citadels Adbar or Felbar. And of course, I'd love to be a Sea Elf in the Sea of Fallen Stars or the ocean. Living underwater would be a most enjoyable thing for me :) . Zevox |
| Starchaserva11-04-05, 04:32 AM | I'd have to say WaterDeep would be at the top of my list, if only because its the most important city in all of Faerun, and there's never a lull in the chances for adventuring. Second and third respectivly would be Neverwinter and Silverymoon, although I would love to visit Mithral Hall and Calimshan. |
| WVgamer11-04-05, 07:52 AM | Mithril Hall, always something to kill or craft, as well as the Gutbusters :banghead: That'd be the life. |
| Cli' San Aquanova11-04-05, 04:34 PM | Maybe Urmlaspyr, Sembia. Failing that, maybe some coastal village in Aglarond. In any case, I'd reside somewhere on (if not in :D) the Sea of Fallen Stars. -C'SA :u:Bring Back Merfolk!!!:u: |
| Ehput_Keh11-04-05, 06:27 PM | I would probably be an Elf, Ranger most likely. I would originate from Evereska, and travel Faerun searching the lost Elven realms, searching for lost lore, and to keep the lands safe from any creatures that may have been released. |
| Ian of Evermeet11-04-05, 08:00 PM | Uhhhh, ermmmm, ughhhhh  Evermeet probably near the Lake of Dreams  |
| DM_Anubis11-05-05, 04:21 AM | I would live in Menzoberranzan... |
| Penknight11-05-05, 04:54 AM | Hmm... Evermeet for me, but if not there then Cormanthyr forest. |
| Gallameed11-05-05, 07:15 AM | I think if I lived in Faerun I would like to live in Waterdeep and maybe own a small home in Silverymoon. Sembia would be a cool place to visit, I'd love the busy atmosphere of these places, the wine, theater and gossip. But knowing my luck I'd get stuck in some dump like Luskan. :D |
| Kirtanus_Albacron11-05-05, 02:14 PM | If I lived in Faerun I would live close to Mooshe's Grove, which I mean by somewhere in the surrounding forest, and I would own a house in Baldur's Gate. |
