Which to read first. [Archive] - Wizards Community

Hi. I just bought a whole bunch of forgotten realms books. This is my first time reading the sereis. which one should i read first? The Dark Elf Trilogy, The Icewind Dale Trilogy, The Cleric Quintet, The Return of the Archwizards, or The Elminster sereies? Oh and plz dont yell ate me if this dosnmt belong here. this is my first times on these boards. :)

If reading RAS' famed series, start with the chronological first: Homeland, then continue on towards a fabled Exile, and then leave with Drizzt on a Sojourn for acceptance. Continue on (still chronologically) towards the end.

So start with the dark elf trilogy, then go on to icewind dale?

And then The Legacy of the Drow series, then the next, then the current one. Then try the Cleric Quintet when it doesn't interfere with the current semi-series.

Then I HIGHLY recommend City of the Spider Queen when you're all done with those.
