Arveiaturace is "ancient". (See http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=fr/fx20011205wn)

So either Icehauptannarthanyx (mentioned by previous poster) or Arceiaturace.

11-01-03, 12:35 AM In one of the dragon magazines or dungeon forgot which 1 contains the quests not the errata and info about updates and feats etc. There is a great white wyrm. Assesawol or however its spelt. Dungeon and dragon magazine material is considered legit by wizards, so I guess he's the oldest I know of. He resided somewhere in the north, forgot what area.
