09-30-06, 05:53 AM I was wondering if you guys could be PCs what would you personly choose to be. I am not asking what you would be as in literally transfering yourself into the realms but rather what would you want to be. Please include race, class, and any PrCs you might want. Personly I would be a Sun Elf Wizard/Incantarix/Archmage or a Moon Elf Fighter/Wizard/Bladesinger.

09-30-06, 06:50 AM Bladesinger! I have always loved how they are described as combining swordsmanship with magic and song. As for race I would either be a silver elf from Everaska or perhaps an Avariel as I have always enjoyed the thought of being able to fly w/o the aid of magic.

09-30-06, 11:48 AM I'd be a half- bronze dragon/moon elf that was larger than most with wings. I'd be more draconic looking than most with a bronzes head and neck and body style but able to walk like an elf and i'd wield a full blade with my magical strength I'd stop anyone from hurting my treasure's (friends) hehe played this character once was awesome. CG Half Bronze Dragon/Moon elf. Fighter/Divine Champion of Hlal/Holy Liberator.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery, isnt it. J/K Dan, they are fun charecters arent they. Also I agree with the Bladesinger as that would probably be my second choice but it would have to be the 2ed version. And if we are going 2ed it might very well be my first choice as I loved my 2ed fighter/mages.

Human Wizard is what I'd probably be if I took class levels.

In any event I'd want to live in the North and help the dwarves retake their lost lands. Maybe visit Lantan and get some smokepowder weapons sometime.

An moon elven fighter/abjurer/Olin Gisir who specialises in all things Narfell and Raumathar. Or, as a variant, an Arcane Archer/Spellguard who protects Silverymoon.

I don't know who this Steelwind is, but I couldn't imagine you any other way.

I'd be my first (and favorite) character. A Ranger/Bard from the High Forest with the Treetopper feat who joined the circus and became an acrobat! I'd probably be involvemed with the Harpers, but I don't think I'd take any of the class levels because they're meh.

apart from the height I am me there is no difference!

No.

Dwarves could not be Wizards in previous editions (other than a few Gold Dwarves in FR). They never rose to any known levels of power or fame, due to Dwarven culture against arcane magic.

Halfling Ranger.

Drow wizard (NE, not some goodey goodey two shoes "surface elf with a skin shade problem").

Gold Elf fighter/wizard/eventual bladesinger. I haven't played one of these - yet - but I have to admit, after researching them, the bladesinger has me curious.

Become a Baelnorn, I think Turn Undead doesn't work with them, just like with the Archliches.

10-02-06, 02:38 PM I would be a CN, Tiefling, Thief/Nomad from Thay who escaped bondage from the Red wizards because he jest didn't like them telling him what to do. The thing is I jest got bored with them and was ready to make my life and Gold my own way.

My only traits would be silted pupils and a ridge of razor sharp bone behind my front set that would allow a bite attack. Yep thats what I would be:D

Soluafein Helviiryn, now a; CN male drow elf, Aristocrat 2/ Fighter 15/Warblade 5/Street Fighter 5, Follower of Fenmarel Mestarine.

Although, I guess three things that might make this discouraging; A. man I'd hate to have to relive his life from the get go, B. I think I'd be the loneliest person in Faerun with a personality like his, and C. I'd probably end in a messy death at hands of another person or persons who have an avowed hatred of all things drow and would like nothing better than to cleanse Aber Toril completely of drow after they have hunted down and eraticated a certain drow ranger a 1,000 lifetimes over.

On second thought, maybe I'd just like to be a gelatinous cube.

(Which reminds me of a dream I had: A couple of nights ago I dreamt I was a drow combatant/assassin--complete with the wild, insane drow metropolis in the Underdark--charged to a murderous young priestess, who wanted me dead but failed on repeated assassination attempts ('cause drow are like that). Eventually I ascertained her fell intent, and managed to flee to the surface. When I found a safe place to take in exile (I think it was somewhere in a forested area in the Western Heartlands), I awoke from the dream. One of the more fun ones I had.)

Either that, or maybe an Istishian, Deep Sashelan, or Valkurian priest. Fish-girls are always fun.

10-13-06, 11:18 AM I'd always played rangers or druids in D&D and most of the online games I've played.

But recently I started playing D&D with a friend from work DM'ing. He needed a mage in his group so I rolled one up. I added a level of fighter to it to.

So far this character has been my fav to date. I love the thought of casting spells and being able to fight.

2mage/1fighter so far. Not sure of a prestige class yet. Been debating on either a spellsword or an eldritch (sp?) knight. Not sure yet. Too early on.

Although, I guess three things that might make this discouraging; A. man I'd hate to have to relive his life from the get go, B. I think I'd be the loneliest person in Faerun with a personality like his, and C. I'd probably end in a messy death at hands of another person or persons who have an avowed hatred of all things drow and would like nothing better than to cleanse Aber Toril completely of drow after they have hunted down and eraticated a certain drow ranger a 1,000 lifetimes over. On second thought, maybe I'd just like to be a gelatinous cube.

(Which reminds me of a dream I had: A couple of nights ago I dreamt I was a drow combatant/assassin--complete with the wild, insane drow metropolis in the Underdark--charged to a murderous young priestess, who wanted me dead but failed on repeated assassination attempts ('cause drow are like that). Eventually I ascertained her fell intent, and managed to flee to the surface. When I found a safe place to take in exile (I think it was somewhere in a forested area in the Western Heartlands), I awoke from the dream. One of the more fun ones I had.) Either that, or maybe an Istishian, Deep Sashelan, or Valkurian priest. Fish-girls are always fun.

Harper Mage is in the Magic of Faerun book. As you can see, this build would make me at 20th level, the most Harperish Harper that ever Harped on Faerun. And it's a pretty darn powerful build in its own right.

HarperRanger 10-13-06, 11:18 AM	I'd always played rangers or druids in D&D and most of the online games I've played. But recently I started playing D&D with a friend from work DM'ing. He needed a mage in his group so I rolled one up. I added a level of fighter to it to. So far this character has been my fav to date. I love the thought of casting spells and being able to fight. 2mage/1fighter so far. Not sure of a prestige class yet. Been debating on either a spellsword or an eldritch (sp?) knight. Not sure yet. Too early on. HR
