What would you do? What sorts of business practices would you incorporate in order to make your game shop as fun and financially successful as possible? Please keep your comments realistic and constructive (ie, not interested in "sell it 'cuz it'll fail' responses). Go!

me, I'd make sure to pack large amounts of pokemon (or whatever the collectable card game crack for kmids is at the moment) D&D minis, SW minis and Wizkids clickbase games.
I'd also carry d&d and Battletech, the two games I play but I'd be smart eneugh to realize my bread and butter won't come from those games
