Generally we try to send an acknowledgement quickly that an email was received, and we put the email in a prospective authors folder. Claire just sent some very preliminary regional guidelines to prospective authors; I will check if she got everyone who emailed us. We are still waiting on the overall LFR Writing Guidelines, maybe by the end of the month. If we did not acknowledge the email, please resend.
