One of the persons I play with just took Sharess as his Cleric's Goddes (only because She had Dominions he wanted  ), but none in the group knows anything about Her...
Do anyone has some info?

Do you have a copy of Powers & Pantheons? The entry for 'Sharess' should provide you with everything you'll need...

Heya,

In brief... She's the human goddess of hedonism, sensual pleasure, and felines.

She started as Bast of the Mulhorandi pantheon, and on some kind of deity sharing arrangement made by Ao, she was able to migrate into the sphere of influence of the Faerunian pantheon (while Mask was allowed to expand into the sphere of influence of the Mulhorandi pantheon).

During her wanderings, she absorbed the deities Felidae and Zandilar, the latter she rescued from Vhaeraun first, and began to fall under the influence of Shar. This is where she picked up the name Sharess (which could literally mean "little Shar").

In the Time of Troubles, she spent her time as an avatar in Calimport, which is still the major centre of her worship to this day. Shar tried to subsume her totally at one point during this period, but Sune came and doused Sharess in the waters of the Evergold, which enabled Sharess to fight off the influence of Shar once and for all.

She is the Grand Madame, so to speak, and as such is the patroness of Festhalls. Many courtesans (a polite term for prostitutes in this case) pay at least lip service to her. Shrines to her are likely to be found in Festhalls.

Sharess favours cats as her messengers, especially domestic cats.

There is an order of Werecats dedicated to Sharess and Selune called the Eyes of the Evening. I believe it's based in Waterdeep, if I recall correctly.

I hope that gives you some answers, and is vague enough so I won't get in trouble with the mods. ;)

I like that term. I think my PC clerics will use it.
