PBoyer 01-13-08, 11:12 PM	I know the adjective is used to define "weird, ghastly" things. In the Forgotten Realms lore, does it have a more specific meaning? On the back of the Depths of Madness novel, there's a reference to eldritch arcana and there's also a prestige class called the Eldritch Knight. Just bugging me because I can't find info on it anywhere.

Suin Bahhar 01-14-08, 01:41 PM	I always felt it had a qualitative meaning too, as in being powerfully magical. A cantrip is almost never said to be eldritch.
