Arcstaff of Khavaoerm [Archive] - Wizards Community

My question on it is basically: how much history is there known about the item? It was from Myth Drannor, it's a high-end artifact, and it was lost in the fall. The WotC website (Magic Item Compendium preview 4) says that the Arcstaff is currently hidden, and includes the factoid that it is within a "time stasis field". So beyond that it might be somewhere in Myth Drannor, and has some form of protection around it, has there been anything else in more recent published stuff (or designer comments, or whatever) that gives more clues as to the location of the Arcstaff?

I'm toying with a storyline that will deal in part with a few of the lost artifacts from Cormanthyr, Netheril, Imaskar and other "destroyed civilisations", so information on the possible whereabouts of the Arcstaff would be useful.
