Does anybody knows were can i find it? -Information on the Tree of Souls can be found in Evermeet: Island of the Elves. This weekend, actually, I am going to be giving it an updated write-up for Elves of Faerūn, so I'll recommend you stop by sometime next week, as I should have it up by then. -As for Ulutiu's amulet...It's mentioned in the few sources the deity is mentioned in, but I don't believe that it has ever actually been bestowed with stats. Supposedly, it created the Great Glacier, though, some that's some potent stuff! :) Are there artifacts of shadow magic out there? -There's a few powerful items out there, but I don't believe that there are any SW Artifacts/Relics out there yet. |

The Shadowstone, a mace in CoR (page 115), is a minor Shadow Weave artifact. Also, a different Shadow Weave artifact by the same name was featured in whatever book (can't remember for the life of me) Aeron Morieth was in. It's mentioned on page 183 of the FRCS under Cimbar. |

Udoxias are Jhaamdathan artifacts, created via a lengthy proccess, ending with an epic power to imbue it. Tho' I dunno if they're 'official' or not. Also, LEoF notes that many psionic items and artifacts now lay beneath the Vilhon Reach. You can find out more info on Udoxias at Candlekeep. http://www.candlekeep.com/library/articles/leof_ej.htm |
| Boda04-15-07, 01:57 PM | Shouldnt ulutiu necklace be something like the ring of winter? It seams that everytime a god or its avatar bleeds or get hurt, these ''shards'' of him can become artifacts(like lathander blood or tears of selune or guardian tear), so shouldnt in the places where deities died during ToT be some artifacts? Is that tree that bahamut gave to gareth dragonsbane & co. an artifact? Whats the diference between mythal and mythallar? |

Good possibility. Some other deific "artifact" might be water from the river that was polluted with Baals essence when he died. Whats the diference between mythal and mythallar? A mythal is a magical effect, usually associated with Elven High Magic, that incorporates numerous other effects and bestows them upon those within, as well as be able to keep enemies out. A mythallar is a Netherese artifact that allows the creation of quasi-magic items without expending XP. It's what allowed massively powerful, near artifact level items such as flying cities to be created. |
| Lord Karsus04-15-07, 06:21 PM | -I finished, and posted that article on the Tree of Souls that I said I was going to finish in my first post. It's up on the Elves of Faerūn index, if you want to take a look at it. |
