Though, the 2e Faiths & Avatars tome provides some details -- in the sidebar of Bane's write-up. There's also a few more details in the section for the Jathiman Dagger in Faith & Pantheons on pg. 169. See also the Mezeketh Isle map key section in "Places of Worship" and the sidebar on pg. 170 of F&P as well. We are set to learn a little more about the early years of Bane, Myrkul, and Bhaal -- most likely in Grand History.
