Creating spells?????? [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-28-07, 07:48 PM I was wondering about creating new spells. Ive heard about it, but it's not to clear to me how you do it. Could somebody explain it to me or atleast tell me where to find it? And can a spell be in the form of a bieng or item? If so, how are these made.
