Illuminated Heaven? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-20-07, 09:08 PM My current campaign centers around upscaling of the Blood Wars with demons and Devils spilling out into other Inner and Outer Realms more numerously, my question concerns the "Illuminated Heaven" described in the Dungeon Masters Guide (Pg. 164) as the
7th layer of Celestia and of which nothing is known. Since I want to have the demons and devils ancient feud spreading elsewhere
I was hoping to have Celetsia on their hitlist and everything seemed to make it look like a good idea until I found that I couldn't find ANY information on the "illuminated heaven".

So, anyone have any Heavenly insight into the matter?
