I've seen Chessenta referred to as 'the cradle of Lathander's faith' in several threads, but I can't find any further information regarding this in any of the products I looked in (F&P, F&A, FRCS, and Old Empires), although I haven't really checked in detail, just skimmed through relevant sections.

Anyone know where such info can be found?

Thanks in advance.

If you've looked in all those places, then that's about it on official info. I can name a few random NPCs who have Lathander as a patron, but that's it as far as info on his faith there goes.

Lathander's worship definitely began in the Talfir pantheon in what's now the Western Heartlands, so Chessenta can't be the 'cradle' of his faith. More likely there was once some Chessentan hero-god, long lost Turami god, or even Apollo acting well-out of his sphere, and Lathander was equated or merged with that entity, but there's absolutely no evidence for any of this (that I know of).

Lathander is heavily worshipped there, mainly by nobles, athletes and philosophers. It would be more correct to say that Chessenta was another source of Lathanderite faith; a second or third generation 'cradle'.
