Suin Bahhar 11-19-07, 09:30 AM	Could a soul in FR on the way to its afterlife get lost in the astral plane on its way to the fugue? Are this pitiful creatures ghosts on the material plane of fearun? How does a soul end up in the ethereal plane? Isn't Kelemvor the one responsable for lost souls such as those? This implies he has to constantly scrutinize the astral connections between Toril and its planes for stranded souls. Wh o would gain power by opposing this? How does a proper burial help the passage to the afterlife? Does a soul need this ritual to become a petitioner and is the rememberance and knowledge of living mortals of the souls life the force helping its journey to the afterlife?
Zireael 11-19-07, 09:33 AM	I think there's no way to get lost on Astral. You just follow your deity's servant. And the burial might help in retaining memories.
