| balfor06-07-07, 04:33 PM | When creating magic items, is there a feat that allows a wizard (or other spellcaster) to transfer magical energy from one magic item to power another? For example, can a wizard disenchant a pair of bracers of armor +3 to reduce the xp it costs to make a ring of protection +5? I would appreciate your thoughts. |
