| ShadezofDis03-16-07, 11:33 AM | So I'm looking for any lists of reagents for potions/scrolls/etc I remember a few 2nd ed lists but don't remember where they are (though I'm sure Old Sage does *g*) and I don't know of any for 3/3.5 My basic premiss is that I really don't like the of crafing potions and scrolls without specialized pigments and ingredents (the rules in the PHB seem to assume the items needed to make these items are common enough to be bought for a rather low sum). Anyhow, if anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it :) |
| Stigger03-16-07, 03:44 PM | Volo's Guide to All Things Magical mentioned quite a bit on the subject from what I recall. Think it might be on the WotC download site. |
| Lord Karsus03-16-07, 06:01 PM | -Correct on both counts. |

I cannot recall if Elminster's Ecologies had any information on the subject. A number of them are also free to download and it may prove to be worth your time to take a look. |

| ShadezofDis03-17-07, 01:34 PM | Nice, thanks guys, I'll take a look into those. I'm pretty much a fool for not at least checking Volo though, those were some of my favorite "fluff" books (though, to be honest, to me that's "core lore" and worth 15 billion times what feats a certain npc may posess *g*). Again, thanks a bunch :) |
