| TheCarrionCrawler08-07-07, 04:56 PM | Q. Who would be an appropriate FR god/goddess to be a Radiant Servant of? |
| Spelldancer08-07-07, 05:23 PM | Lathander is the best one. Or Amaunator. Horus-Ra works as well. (Or is it Horus-Re?) |
| The_Shaman08-07-07, 06:14 PM | I'd go for Lathander. However, he already has a Radiant Servant-esque PrC - the Morninglord from PGtF. Ironically, the other sun deities have their specialist PrCs as well - Eye of Horus-Re in PGtF and Sunmaster? in Lost Empires of Faerun. |
| Beaver08-07-07, 10:33 PM | Lanthander, I have had a player use this prestige and his works out VERY well... |

| GothicDan08-08-07, 12:19 AM | Though note that the required Domains for the Radiant Servant PrC are held by no deities currently statted and active in Realmspace. And I personally am not totally convinced as to it being perfectly suited to Lathander - renewal and dawn aren't quite the same as the sun and healing. Though I suppose it would make sense for a few specialized members of his church. |

| Valgard08-08-07, 07:02 AM | The Prestige Classes article about Radiant Servant of Pelor in the Wizards' site has an input about other Greyhawk deities that can take this PrC. What it's done is simply to choose all deities that grant the Sun domain and can have neutral good clerics. In Realmspace, those restrictions give as result: Lathander (Faerūnian), Horus-Re (Mulhorandi), Hiatea (Giant), Iallanis (Giant), Skerrit (Centaur, although not supported in 3rd Ed FR in favour of Silvanus) and Tamara (Draconic). |
| Xavorin08-09-07, 11:29 AM | shar  Now THAT, I'd like to see! A Radiant Servant of Shar... IMHO, Lathandar is by far the best FR deity to convert RSoP to. He fits it in every way. |
| Eccerion08-09-07, 01:19 PM | Now THAT, I'd like to see! A Radiant Servant of Shar... I'll take "Hunted heretic" for 500 gold Alex :P |
| Voric08-14-07, 04:50 PM | Now THAT, I'd like to see! A Radiant Servant of Shar... I can see this...as the Goddess of Secrets and Lies, I'm sure she would love it if one of her followers could pull it off. Nobody has to know which deity is granting the powers. |
| The_Shaman08-14-07, 08:47 PM | Maybe, although a servant of hers working through light might offend her on some level, too. Darkness is a big part of her, after all - it was her portfolio since before she split with Selune. |
| Mr_Miscellany08-14-07, 10:10 PM | I have a character in my game that runs a radiant servant of of Aumanator. She's fun to DM for, to be sure...especially around strict Lathandrites that view Aumanator as a heretical faith! ;) :) |
