| JuzaOfTheClouds06-05-07, 09:21 AM | I would like to know how you DMs handle the situation where a wizard/cleric try to recognize a spell being cast or already in effect that is higher than the max. spell level of the checker. For. ex, X is a wizard level 7 with 13 points in spellcraft (10 ranks + 3 from high int.). Now Y casts a 7th lev. spell. X roll the check and scores 15 with a total check of 28. (in this cast the check would also succeed for a spell already in effect). Does he identify the spell although he (almost) shouldn't know its existence? Thanx Juza |
