To teleport someone with the teleportation spell (take someone with you), you have to touch him/her, but does that person has to be willing to teleport with? What if the person in question is uncunsious or in a coma?

I tend to run with the idea that you can just take them along. They have no way of resisting you if they're helpless.

They have the right to a Will Saving Throw to avoid being Teleported, or you could also force the caster to make a Touch attack.

-If they're unconscious/dead, they're close enough to a hunk of meat, and hunks of meat don't resist teleport spells.
