Ok guys my first question is

what would happen if a wizard had a previously made Succor stick in her possession was attacked by a party whose wizard had an anti magic spell in effect, If the Succor stick was broken, would its effect work after the anti magic shell was dispelled or dropped?

What if the wizard who had broken the succor stick (whilst in the area of effect of the anti magic shell) was rendered unconscious and then the anti magic shell was dropped by the enemy, would the unconscious wizard be whisked away by the now "active" succor stick??

My second question is this.

say a wizard wants to disguise the effects of a stoneskin spell upon his person by also casting Alter self or Change self on himself, would the spell enable him to appear as another "normal" looking person OR would his appearance change but the effects of the stone skin spell still remain visible?

I would say that Disguise Self would do it, as it's a visual illusion more than a physical one (same deal for any outright "eyeball illusion", so to speak), but a physical transformation wouldn't change the appearance of a Stoneskin enchantment.

I am not aware of what a Succor stick is, what regarding any effects, an antimagic field supresses (i.e. negates) magic while active, and the rounds when the antimagic field is active also count for the duration of any spell effect trapped inside the field.

Also agree with what Alleran says.
