For the spell lists, is it possible to add the spells from Forgotten Realms based on the spider from drow, spider domain ?

Spider form is talking about monsterous spiders of various sizes. Not driders and other spiderkind creatures, though you can attempt to turn or rebuke those types creatures.

I'm not sure what your asking with your second question.

Unless they changed that spell to arcane and divine in the Spell Compendium, you will have trouble. Do note that in the "updated" version in The Drow of the Underdark, the Arachnomancer gets the Domain for free.

I wonder how you managed the Fort save requirement in the Underdark version.

Zanan, I'm thinking that a cleric with the spider domain can meet the requirements for the arachnomancer in Underdark. Clerics have good fort saves and the spider domains gives you the spells you'd need to qualify for the class....I believe.

Yes, as could a druid / wizard sort of character. Yet, the description of the class in Underdark does give a notion that it is something for males to excel in and gain some higher status amongst the females. But maybe that's just my notion.

Yes, it does seem like it's being marketed for male drow, but I've seen several females with the prestige class.

The prestige class originally appeared in "The Harrowing," an adventure in an old 3ed Dungeon magazine. In that adventure, Laveth, Lolth's daughter had the prestige class.

Also, the "Spider Oracle" in the Underdark web enhancement is a female arachnomancer as well.
