Neely 06-08-07, 09:49 AM	Hiya, I'm running a campaign at the moment that is slowly coming to its end. At the end of all things I'd like to put a device that is completely and solemnly attuned to wizards. (for the reason the designer was a wizard) I need to find a way the players can learn from the device that it needs to be manipulated by a wizard. Is this possible with the spell Read Magic? Does it allow the caster to identify magic writings for it's attunement? Or is that only possible with an Identify spell? Or does anyone else have suggestions by what means my players can learn from the device that they need the wizard to manipulate it? (without having to put a lable on it reading "Hands off, wizards only") Thanks ^^
Dielzen 06-08-07, 03:43 PM	Legend Lore / Bardic Knowledge would both provide excellent insight. Identify would spell it out (how to activate the functions).
