Yurtrus White Hands [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-05-07, 03:43 PM I was wondering if anyone knew of any information about the Lord of Maggots outside of Faiths and Pantheons? I'm currently creating a Half-Orc cleric of Yurtrus and am planning on creating a PrC specific for followers of Yurtrus and would like to get as much information about the Rotting One and his followers before I started.

03-06-07, 12:59 PM Also check out the 2E Monster Mythology if you can and even older Dragon Magazine article on the orc gods. Lastly, you might want to do a search on Yurtrus on the web. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yurtrus lists most, if not all, of the major sources on him.

03-06-07, 02:43 PM Thanks Tom, I did do a web search on Yurtrus and came across that Wiki page but it mentioned "in many campaign settings" so I wasn't sure if it was applicable to the realms even though it does list a number of other FR orc gods.

I'll be sure to try and get my hands on that old Monster Mythology my friend has kicking around his attic.

Also, what page in Waterdeep: City of Slendors references Yurtrus? I'm having a hard time finding it... you did mean the newest version that just recently came out, right? The one with the ships and the dragons flying overhead and Eric's name in big letters on the bottom that just came out (i think)last year?
