5000 hexagon map [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-06-07, 12:13 AM Hi! I hope someone can help me. My husband is playing Forgotten Realms through the mail and asked me to find the "5000 hexagon map". I have no idea WHAT he is talking about! :D Can someone please tell me where to find this? Thanks!!

09-06-07, 09:14 AM If I'm not mistaken, your husband is playing the War of the Avatar's scenario from Reality.com (http://www.reality.com) and the map he's refering to is the map used for the game.

If that's the case, the only way to get that particular map is through the company running the game. We can direct you to plenty of maps showing the Savage Frontier of the Forgotten Realms, but the 5000 hex map is a custom creation of Reality. com - specifically for that game. Sorry, but we're not going to be much help.

So the only people with the full world map would be the owners of the company, so I doubt they would give away something that would provide an advantage to any one player.
