Campaigning in the Eastern Heartlands [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-08-07, 09:45 PM I am beginning a new campaign in the Eastern Heartlands of the Realms. I need to find maps of certain locales that I can download and print for use in the campaign. I am currently looking for maps of Eveningstar, Arabel, and other cities and villages in Northern Cormyr. Can anyone out there please tell me where I can find them?

11-09-07, 01:13 AM You'll find a map of Eveningstar in the Haunted Halls of Eveningstar module. A brief selection of maps for cities in the Forest Kingdom, like Arabel for example, can be found in Forgotten Realms Adventures, Volo's Guide to Cormyr, and both the 1e and 2e FR boxed sets.

The 'FR Interactive Atlas' has a couple as well.

11-09-07, 08:08 PM Thank you, but I am aware of these sources. What I need is to be able to locate these maps somewhere online so I can simply access them and print them. I once owned all of the books you mentioned, but they were lost or stolen over the years. I have been campaigning in the Realms since I was 14, playing D&D since I was 10. I'm now 35, and unfortunately my once-great collection of books and accessories has dwindled to the core 3.5 rulebooks and whatever I can find online to supplement my adventures. Do you know if maps from the Haunted Halls of Eveningstar or Volo's Guides are available anywhere online? It would be a huge help to me if they were.

11-09-07, 09:09 PM I don't know of any sites that would include these official maps. Nor do I know of any sites that offer fan-based interpretations for the locations you're asking about.

My recommendation would be for you to purchase the sources as PDFs over at paizo.com, for just $4US, and simply print the maps from the electronic copies of the books.
