how would i go about adding this to one of my player's pcs?
of course, first i would have to know if anyone had made the template for this yet! are there other chosen templates besides the ones for mystra that i can compare and base this on?
i am already working on small ideas but i want to incorporate it slowly-
any hints?
ps i know all the human dieties get chosen but i have not heard of any demihumans get this boon.
thanks in advance

well here's the flavor now i really need some suggestions about the powers
i want it all keyed to smithing and defenses because thats the main portions of moradins portfolio
im basing this off the chosen of deneir it was the easiest for me to look up but i will look up the chosen of bane and mystra but i dont have the dungeon mag with malar's chosen in it but i will attempt to find it

Chosen of Moradin
Chosen of Moradin are dwarven weaponsmiths and war tactiticians that know no rival. They live for the clanging of the hammer on the anvil, the exact implementation of battlements and the glory of creation. They are hand-picked by the Dwarffather, and they revel in the defense of their dwarven homes. They are not war-like, but will not backdown when pressed. They spend their entire lives searching for the tools and knowledge to build one precise instrument from their forge.
The Chosen of Moradin are physically no different than any other dwarf, if not more wild-eyed and less hygienic than a normal dwarf, from spending months obsessing single-minded on some project.
Creating a Chosen of Moradin
Chosen of Moradin is a template that can be added to any dwarf (referred to hereafter as the "character") that has at least one level of the cleric class and has chose Moradin as his diety. It is also necessary to have at least 5 ranks in each of these skills, craft (armorsmithing), (weaponsmithing), and either appraise or craft (gemcutting). A Chosen of Moradin uses all the character's statistics and special abilities except as noted here. A Chosen of Moradin has its power only at the will of Moradin; should he decide to remove Chosen of Moradin status from the character, he reverts to his original abilities. Normally there are only a few Chosen of Moradin at any time, typically the best dwarven forges have to offer.

The only Chosen templates currently published are those for Mystra, Bane, Malar, and Deneir. The Chosen of Mystra is located in the FRCS -- pg. 247. The Chosen of Bane is referenced in Faiths & Pantheons -- pg. 213. The Chosen of Malar appeared in DUNGEON #129 as I recall. And the Chosen of Deneir is detailed here at WotC, in the FR Novels archive.

And there are Chosen for the various demihuman deities. Which specifically do you wish to know about?

There is no official Chosen of Moradin.

You may wish to search through the archives of these forums. You'll find that fans of Chosen for other deities have created fan-based interpretations for them, like Moradin.

The Chosen of Deneir template is detailed here (http://ww2.wizards.com/Books/Wizards/?doc=fr_deneir), for clarification.
