I'm making an adventure where the Sarkrith, (Fiend Folio) who long ago migrated to a magic dead world, in the middle of the great saragossa (Greyspace: spelljammer). They long ago evolved into a technologically advanced race, and are planning to invade toril. I'm making up a background storyline that they were once part of the creater races on toril, or a sub race. What would be a good background story connection to this legend?
