Does anyone know where I can find the stats for the chosen, particularly Dove Falconhand? A best guess would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

I believe her levels are laid out in the FRCS.

Hall of Heroes (TSR 9252)
Heroes's Lorebook (TSR 9525)

Dove Falconhand

Str 17, Dex 16, Con 13 (25), Int 18, Wis 17, Cha 16

I will post some sort notes about her. According to Heroes's Lorebook (which I believe is the latest write-up of her in 2nd edition) she was:

14th-level ranger (formerly 9th-level mage, 4th-level thief).
Alignment: CG
HP: 79
AC: -3 (full plate armor +1)
Favoured enemy: giants
Ranger spells: granted by Mystra

Thief/Ranger abilities: PP 20, OL 75, F/RT 80, MS 99, HS 93, DN 25, RL 0

Weapons of proficiency: all bows, all swords, dagger

EQ: full plate +1, long sword +1 luckblade (2 wishes left), roguestone with gemjump spell (unerringly teleports her back to Evermeet), boots and cloak of elvenkind, amulet of proof against detection and location, several arrows +2, 2 x elixirs of health and potions of extra-healing, and Dove's Harp (3rd ed write-up of this item is in Magic of Faerun I believe).

It is rumored that Dove wears an invisible dagger and seath at the back of her neck.

As a mage she knew all spells of 5th level or lower although she prefers weapons over magic.

Special: Dove is immune to magic missile, flaming sphere, lightning bolt, Evard's black tentacles, cone of cold, repulsion, reverse gravity, maze and imprisonment spells.

In addition to her normal repertoir she can cast feather fall, levitate, wraithform, polymorph self and major creation each once per day without memorizing them or using material components in casting them.

I hope this is enough data for You to convert Dove to 3.5 edition.

Dove is clearly more than just a ranger14 now, though the CoC prevents me from saying more (does it?) :(

I took this to mean that she was a 27th level character. 14+9+4=27
Though I would agree that she is definitely higher than just a 14th level ranger. Also, by thief do you mean rogue, or is thief a PrC?

I've actually stated her out. It'll take me a while to type it though as it's written in pencil plus I have to find it. Here's a basic preview though of how I stated her:

Dove Falconhand: Female Human (Chosen of Mystra) Rogue 3/Fighter 5/Sorcerer 9/Ranger 11/Harper Agent 5 of Mystra;

Those are old, 2e stats. Dove, as far as I know, has never been fully statted out for 3.0/3.5 edition.

Dove and the other Seven Sisters are statted out in brief form in the FRCS, page 280.

Dove in particular is a CG female human ranger 14 / sorcerer 9 / rogue 4 / Harper agent 1. (Note, I updated the 3.0 reference to a Harper scout to the 3.5e Harper agent, but that's just a likely supposition on my part.)

Wow, somehow I had missed the Seven Sisters part in FRCS.

So anyway, if anyone wants to stat Dove out - use the levels given in FRCS and stats, EQ, and other guidelines from the 2 ed materials.

--EricPersonally I do not think a direct cold-conversion from Harper scout to Harper agent is appropriate for Dove, much for the same reason I imagine why Esvele Greycastle is no longer a cleric 8/shadow adept 5 (Lords of Darkness, 3.0) but simply a cleric 13 (Shadowdale: Scouring of the Land, 3.5).

That reason I presume is that substantial changes to a given class or prestige class between editions can result in it no longer being worthwhile to the character to have levels in it, or at least the same number of levels as originally presented.

As a 1st level Harper scoutFRCS, Dove gains
1d6 + CON modifier HP
+0 BAB
+0 Fort, +2 Reflex, +2 Will (assuming class is taken before character level 20)
Skills: 4+ INT modifier skill points
Favored Enemy (limited to specific evil organizations) to compliment her ranger levels
Spells: up to 17 additional spells known (1 spell per day) that serve a utilitarian role in cloak & dagger style encounters, further complimenting the limited selection she has from her sorcerer levels and Chosen of Mystra bonus spells.
Harper Knowledge +5 (1 [class level] + 4 Int modifier [18 minimum])

As a 1st level Harper agentPGtF Dove gains
1d6 + CON modifier HP
+0 BAB
+0 Fort, +2 Reflex, +0 Will (assuming class is taken before character level 20)
Skills: 6+ INT modifier skill points
Harper Knowledge +5 (1 class level + 4 Int modifier [INT 18 minimum])

In any scenario, Dove is far better off with that level being spent in either ranger, sorcerer, or rogue than she would ever be with Harper agent. Moreover, in the context of new content released since the FRCS, it makes little sense for her (or virtually every other multiclassed NPC in the realms) to retain their original class/level assignment when archetype-hybrid prestige classes (eldritch knight, arcane trickster, mystic theurge, ultimate magus, etc) exist in the current rules.
