Since almost ready to post all the things i have written about it, i would like to know 3 things:

- Any known reference in the books ?
- Any known reference in non canon books (like Brian R James History Of The Realms or Candlekeep Compendium)?
- Any reference made from fans ?

Thanks to anyone will answer...

You'll likely want to ask Brian this directly...

Very little has been revealed offically about the dark continent southwest of Faerūn. I do recall a character in an older novel hailing from that region, one of Robert King's novels I believe. In D&D 3.x the sourcebook Serpent Kingdoms contains some great lore on the human tribes of Chult, whos ansestors hail from the dark continent. As to the name Katashaka, that is merely my unofficial name for the continent first used in an article in Candlekeep Compendium. Assuming it survives editing, you'll learn a little more about Katashaka in the upcoming Grand History of Faerūn sourcebook.
