The last book starring Danilo (most likely) will take place in 1370 DR, and Elaine Cunningham has said on Candlekeep that Danilo's reaction to the news will not be a matter of public accord.

There is a sequel to Blackstaff called Blackstaff Tower that SES is working on.

11-03-07, 10:37 PM -Obviously, Dan has taken it hard. Dispite the fact that he and Khelben have sometimes been at odds with each other, there is no doubt that the Blackstaff was a "father figure" to Dan.
