| Corvan08-06-07, 12:41 AM | I've been looking around the local bookstores and amazon.com, but don't see any reference books on Silverymoon. I know a few things like that it's governed by Alustriel and is famed for accepting all races without predjudice, but was wondering if there is anythimg more substantial like how it appears, what shops, inns, etc. it contains. Thanks for any info. |

Moonbridge (giant mag. bridge) connects both halves. there are wards from the Spellguard that protect it, 3 layers each more sensitive than last. no fireballs, can't port in, etc., w/out tokens that allow warded magic and so on. there is a bardic college, a school for sorcery as well as one for wizardry (most concentrated magic think tank in the North), and so on. signature units are the Knights in Silver and the Spellguard (Player's Guide to Faerun) |

See Lost Empires of Faerūn as well, Silver Marches, Volo's Guide to the North and The North [both available as free PDF downloads (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/downloads) here at WotC], and Ed's Candlekeep replies -- mainly '04 and '05. |
