Sorry to post this in this section but no one was commenting in the class section, and it brings up what I think is an important part of character theme for arcane classes...

I am developing a story that involves a few arcanist cabals and small military orders dedicated to the spread of evil, and especially combating the actions of evil outsiders and undead. In all the research I'd done, I only found a few that were exalted or specifically good, which worked for all three standard arcane classes, and which didn't feel limited in one way or other. Some of the prestige classes, like the wonderworker, gains no spellcasting. Others feel especially confined to those who want to serve one of the paragons or some other power. This is hopefully more of a versatile class, taking advantage of rules like those of the Arcane Devotee, except channeling positive energy through the innate goodness of the individual caster. Please leave comments, suggestions, constructive criticism and ideas. Do you think it's overpowered? Any thoughts on the special abilities?

Sorry if the table doesn't turnout right, I didn't know how to input it to show up well on this.

Servant of the Sacred Fire

Like a paladin or cleric, these arcane masters are able to draw on their belief in the sanctity of goodness to channel energies into their spells and using their abilities to oppose evil outsiders and undead creatures. So strong are they in their desire to protect and foster goodness in those around them that they gain holy benefits otherwise inaccessible to arcane spellcasters.
Most Servants of the Sacred Fire are sorcerers or wizards, although bards are able to join this class, as are duskblades or multi-class arcane casters, although this is very rare due to the concentration on spellcasting. Characters taking this prestige class generally belong to other prestige classes as well, the Arcane Devotee being one of the common ones due to its association with a divine ideal. Archmages are also another likely class for those with this class.

Class Features
All the following are class features of the servant of the sacred fire prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency Servants of the sacred fire gain no proficiency with any weapon, armor, or shield.
Spells per Day/Spells Known When a new servant of the sacred fire level is gained, the character gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if he had also gained a level in whatever arcane spellcasting class granted him access to 4th-level arcane spells before he added the prestige class level. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (bonus metamagic or item creation feats, bard or assassin abilities, and so on), except for an increased effective level of spellcasting. This essentially means that he adds the level of arcane devotee to the level of whatever other arcane spellcasting class he has. If he had more than one arcane spellcasting class he must decide to which class he adds each level of servant of the sacred fire for the purpose of determining spells per day and spells known.
Domain At first level the caster gains access to the spells of one of the following cleric domains as arcane spells of the appropriate level: Good, Healing, Protection or Sun. These spells are not gained in addition to his normal spells per day as normal to the cleric class, but must be used within his normal spells per day. These spells all have the (good) descriptor as they channel energy from the Positive Energy Plane and through the powerful goodness of the caster's own soul. Once chosen he cannot change which domain he has access to.
Favored Foe Much like the class ability of the ranger, this spell grants the caster special affectiveness against a single target. Unlike the ranger class, as the servant gains in power and additional uses of this ability, he may either choose to add the bonus to the primary favored enemy or to a new enemy, as listed in the ranger's section of the PHB. The favored foe grants a +1 to attack rolls, per damage die, caster level, and rolls to overcome spell resistance. He gains an additional +1 bonus at 4th level, 7th level, and 9th level.
Sacred Radiance The strength of the goodness of the caster's soul channels positive energy that radiates from them, shedding light to a 5 ft. radius, shedding light equal a torch and spreading shade out to 20 ft. This radiance acts as protection from evil spell and causes 1d8 points of damage to any undead creature or evil outsider making a melee attack on them. This is a continual effect, but the servant can be turned on or off at will.
Sacred Defense He gains a +1 bonus to saving throws against spells, spell-like abilities and supernatural abilities of outsiders. At 8th level this increases to +2.
Bonus Feat The servant of the sacred fire gains a bonus feat at 5th level and a second bonus at 10th level. These bonuses must be item creation, metamagic, or exalted feats, or the feats of Spell Focus, Greater Spell Focus, or Spell Mastery.
Sacred Fire This is the visible manifestation of the sacred fire which the caster draws upon for his abilities. When this ability is used, it adds a bonus of 1d6+2 points of damage per point of Charisma bonus to all melee damage rolls, and to the total damage of all spells which deal damage. This damage only affects creatures of evil alignment. Dealing double damage to undead and evil outsiders. He may use this ability once per day per servant of the sacred fire level.
Sacred Aura Much like the Sacred Radiance ability, this expands the aura so that it acts as a magic circle against evil with a radius of 5 times his Charisma modifier. It also increases the damage per round of contact with the light of 2d8 points of damage to undead and evil outsiders.
Sacred Champion At 10th level the servant of the sacred fire has mastered the uses of the fire and gains an additional +1 to all favored foes, and is able to charge his Sacred Aura to that it deals 2d8+2 points of damage per point of his Charisma modifier.
