Portals by ship? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-25-07, 05:22 PM Anyone know of any portals that can be traveled by ship? I know of the ones in Skullport, and there is on in the SoFS that connects to Shou (RoF), but I was wondering if anyone knew of any others?

06-25-07, 08:33 PM For an exorbitant price, ships can travel from the Lake of Steam to the Vilhon Reach via portal. The portal is governed by Red Wizards stationed out of the city-state of Innarlith. See the novel Whisper of Waves for more details.

06-25-07, 11:00 PM I've been reading the War of the Spider Queen series. They use a choas ship to get to the Abyss. Pretty cool. I think it starts in book 4 and ends in book 5.

It's a ship that can go between the different planes.

I just re-read PotFS and there was nary a one, although it was chock-full of other usefull tidbits to be filed away. :devil:
