Seeking Info on the Harpers [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-06-07, 02:34 PM I've looked, and I've looked, and I've looked. And I can't find anything in the official sources about the Harpers, save that the Big Three started the whole meddlesome group, and that they are a lose, counter-terrorist organization with agents ranging all across the Heartlands and the North.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

10-06-07, 02:48 PM Gladly, but I would hardly describe them being an "anti-terrorist" organization. Rather, they're an organization that publicly (and most often privately, too) tries to act in the name of "good", while they also have some secret agendas, schemes and goals (or, more correctly, at least some individuals -- such as Zhent double-agents -- within their ranks do).

There are tidbits about the Harpers in many novels and accessories, but I definitely suggest purchasing 'Code of the Harpers' (you might find it on eBay, for example). In my opinion Elaine Cunningham's 'Elfshadow' may be the best novel about the Harpers.
