Southfort Portal - 1-way or 2-way? [Archive] - Wizards Community

Is the Southfort Portal in Undermountain (dungeon level - the "Portal Round the Well") supposed to be a one-way or two-way portal? (see pgs. 15 & 56 of Expedition to Undermountain)

All of the other portal descriptions indicate one or two-way, but not this one.
