Is there a comprehensive list out there which details who rules what in the Abyss?

Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss. There's a table at the end of the book. If you use the Great Tree cosmology of 3e FR, then delete the deities from the list or make them obscure demon lords.

What Eric said.

FC:I did an incredible job pulling together material from across the spectrum of 1e, 2e, and 3e sources. It's as complete as you get, going beyond a listing of Abyssal Lords for each layer and including members of the various "real life" pantheons with domains such as Kali, and even members of the Krynnish pantheon, and members of the Torillian pantheon.

Though it's worth noting that several layers in the listing were originally cataloged by the Fraternity of Order as being beyond layer 666, and FC:I shifted them above that point in order to not totally invalidate the perspective of anyone if they still held to the 1e/Gygaxian notion of the Abyss being limited to 666 layers (as it has been infinite in size in 2e and 3.x).
