| DMD11-06-07, 02:09 PM | About how long would it take to travel from Ithmong in Lapaliiya to Westgate? I think my original estimate was 2 months. The travelers are about 200+ humans with maybe 30 warhorses. Teleporting is not an option. Looking at the map and reading about some of the cities in the Vilhon Reach suplement as well as the FRCS, I had thought the best route would be: By ship from Ithmong to Theymarsh in the Border Kingdoms stopping to resupply there. By ship from Theymarsh to Innarlith on the Lake of Steam. Overland up the Golden Road to Arrabar in Chondath. By ship from Arrabar to Alaghon in Turmish to resupply. By ship from Alaghon to the final destination in Westgate. Any thoughts? |

I was just wondering if anyone could think of a better route or of some difficulties that would be encountered that would slow the progress down that I did not consider. Sometimes I like to throw things out there as it could take me hours to read up on all those locations wheres someone who runs those areas regularly may have some better insight. Maybe I should have made this an RMD thread.... |

I just always post something like that, just to make sure that people at least try to do their homework, instead of just asking us for the easy way out. |
